Terms of use

These terms govern your use of glaveon.com. They do not govern a paid engagement — that runs on a separate signed agreement, which prevails over anything on this page.

1. The site is informational

Everything published here describes how we intend to run an engagement. Figures such as audit duration, interview counts or the number of process steps mapped describe our method. They are not a guarantee of any specific saving, revenue or outcome in your business. Any commercial commitment exists only in a signed contract.

2. Early access and the waitlist

Joining the waitlist places you on a contact list. It does not reserve a slot, create an obligation on either side, or fix a price. Founding-cohort terms are offered at our discretion and may change or close at any time. We may decline a request without giving a reason.

3. Acceptable use

Do not submit false or someone else's contact details, attempt automated or bulk submissions, probe or interfere with the site's infrastructure, or use the site in breach of applicable law. We may block access and remove submissions that break this section.

4. Intellectual property

The site's text, layout, code and brand assets belong to Glaveon. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site or substantial parts of it as your own material.

5. No professional advice

Content on this site is general information about operations and automation. It is not legal, accounting, tax or regulatory advice, and you should not rely on it for decisions in those areas without your own advisers.

6. Third-party links and tools

We may name third-party products. Naming them is not an endorsement or a partnership claim, and we are not responsible for their content, pricing or availability.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice.

9. Governing law and contact
