Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the personal data you give us through this website. It covers the early-access waitlist form and any email you send us. It does not cover data processing inside a client engagement — that is governed by the contract and data processing agreement signed for that engagement.

Who is responsible

Glaveon (legal entity name, registration number and registered address to be inserted before launch) is the controller of the data described here. Contact: hello@glaveon.com.

What we collect

• Waitlist submissions: work email address, and optionally team size, your role and a free-text description of your bottleneck.
• Technical context of the submission: the page you submitted from, the referring URL, your time zone, a truncated IP address and a timestamp. We keep this to prevent abuse of the form.
• Email correspondence: whatever you choose to write to us.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party trackers on this site. No cookie banner appears because there is nothing to consent to.

Why we use it

• To manage the waitlist and contact you about early access. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
• To keep the form working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse.
• To answer your emails. Legal basis: your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to it.

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing newsletter. Waitlist contacts receive a confirmation and a notification when a slot opens.

Who else sees it

Waitlist entries are stored on our own server infrastructure (Amazon Web Services, EU region). We use a small number of processors to run the service — hosting, email delivery and, where configured, an internal team notification channel. Processors act on our instructions only. We do not transfer your data outside these purposes.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist entries: until you ask us to remove them, or 24 months after the last contact, whichever comes first.
• Anti-abuse technical logs: up to 90 days.
• Email correspondence: as long as needed for the conversation and any resulting contract, then per our retention schedule.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to a particular use. You can also withdraw consent at any time; that stops future contact but does not undo processing already done. Email hello@glaveon.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted with TLS. Waitlist data is stored with restricted access on a hardened server, and only the people who need it can read it. We keep access logs of administrative actions.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting waitlist members will be sent by email.

This notice is written to be readable, not to replace legal review. Have your counsel confirm it against your jurisdiction and final entity details before launch.
